REVIEW: We will review your current operations to develop an in-depth understanding of your unique waste and recycling needs by utilizing our designated personnel to provide on-site audits.
IDENTIFY: We will Identify opportunities using our 30 STEP PROPRIETARY PROCESS to reduce costs by applying our knowledge of the latest technologies, transportation systems, container alternatives, frequency control, disposal alternatives, commodity pricing for any/all recycling materials and negotiating more feasible profit levels for the hauling companies.
ANALYZE: We will develop recommendations for the most cost-effective improvements currently available and conduct an analysis of the expected savings showing the expected financial impact of the recommendations.
PRESENT: We will present the new waste and recycling plan for approval. Your office will fully understand and approve recommendations presented by our organization.
IMPLEMENT: We will fully implement the recommendations once approved. This includes meeting with vendors and training of employees on new recycling procedures. You do nothing but simply enjoy the savings and concentrate on your business.
MANAGE: We will, for the length of the agreement, monitor the operations of the agreed-upon and implemented waste management plan, insuring that standards are maintained, errors and overcharges are identified and corrected, and that the expected savings are being achieved. Custom programs to include consolidated billing and single point of contact available.
SUPPORT: Provide monthly reports showing continuing results. Each month, we provide a detailed report showing the actual savings being achieved as a result of the implementation of the new waste management plan.
